Standing at an imposing 6 feet 5 inches and weighing 285 pounds, Lowe is recognized as one of the top offensive line prospects in the 2025 class, ranking ninth at his position according to On3. Additionally, he holds a place within the prestigious top 100 recruits overall, currently occupying the 85th spot. Lowe’s decision to commit to Ohio State followed intense competition for his talents, with both Georgia and archrival Michigan vigorously pursuing him.

However, Lowe ultimately opted for Ohio State, citing his positive experiences during visits to the Columbus campus as a pivotal factor in his decision-making process. Expressing his admiration for the program, Lowe highlighted the influence of Coach Frye, emphasizing the coach’s track record of developing players at Ohio State and his belief in Frye’s ability to guide his own growth and progress as an athlete.

Reflecting on his journey towards selecting Ohio State, Lowe recalled attending numerous college games during the season, noting a distinct shift in his feelings towards the Buckeyes during their matchup against Penn State. While he had previously considered Ohio State favorably since receiving their offer, it was during this game that Lowe began to strongly sense a connection to the program, ultimately solidifying his decision to commit.

This latest addition further strengthens Ohio State’s 2025 recruiting class, bolstering their ranks with top-tier talent and underscoring the program’s ongoing success in attracting and securing commitments from standout prospects.
