The team will undergo significant changes in 2024, including the addition of two new coordinators. However, there will be significant changes in the locker room.

The NFL’s legal tampering period will begin on March 11 this season, and the new league year will officially begin on March 13. Until March 11, the Eagles will have exclusive negotiating rights with all pending free agents.

Here’s a comprehensive list of all of them heading into the offseason:

Offensive Players:

Are Eagles trying to get Nick Sirianni fired after loss to Giants?

1. OL Jack Driscoll: Drafted by the Eagles in the fourth round from Auburn in 2020, Driscoll served as a valuable depth player for four seasons, appearing in 54 games with 17 starts. Though he didn’t secure a starting role, he filled in at various positions, mainly as the backup right tackle when Lane Johnson was absent.

2. WR Julio Jones: Acquired by the Eagles in October, the 34-year-old receiver had a limited role, making 11 catches for 74 yards and 3 touchdowns in 11 games (4 starts). Despite a minor impact, he persevered even in challenging moments, notably holding onto the ball during a playoff game despite suffering a concussion.

3. C Jason Kelce: Kelce returned for his 13th season with the Eagles in 2023, maintaining his high level of play and earning his seventh Pro Bowl selection along with his sixth All-Pro nod. Speculation arose about his retirement following a loss in Tampa, although no official announcement has been made.

4. QB Marcus Mariota: Signed to a one-year, $5 million contract in 2023, Mariota served as the backup quarterback. With Jalen Hurts starting all games, Mariota had limited playing time, appearing in just three games and completing 15 of 23 passes for 164 yards with a touchdown and an interception, in addition to rushing for 52 yards.

5. RB Boston Scott: Despite being a restricted free agent, Scott returned to the Eagles on a one-year deal worth nearly $2 million. He primarily served as the team’s kick returner and had limited offensive opportunities, recording 20 carries for 86 yards and catching 4 passes for 25 yards.

6. RB D’Andre Swift: Traded to the Eagles in the spring, Swift, a Philadelphia native, had a standout season, surpassing 1,000 rushing yards for the first time in his career and making his first Pro Bowl appearance. Despite some fluctuations in performance, Swift’s contributions were significant.

7. TE Albert Okwuegbunam: Acquired via trade before final roster cuts, Okwuegbunam struggled to secure playing time behind other tight ends on the depth chart, appearing in just four games and receiving one target before being placed on injured reserve.

8. OG Sua Opeta: Initially signed as an undrafted free agent in 2019, Opeta emerged as a reliable backup offensive lineman, making 10 starts over the past four seasons and contributing to the team’s depth in 2023.

9. RB Rashaad Penny: Signed with high expectations, Penny had minimal impact, primarily serving as the fourth-string running back and appearing in only three games, rushing for 33 yards on 11 carries.

10. TE Jack Stoll (RFA): Signed as an undrafted free agent in 2021, Stoll played a significant role as the team’s second tight end, primarily utilized as a blocker and appearing in 50 games with 26 starts over three seasons.

11. WR Quez Watkins: Following a promising 2021 season, Watkins struggled with injuries in 2023 and failed to establish himself as a consistent contributor, recording 15 catches for 142 yards and 1 touchdown in nine games.

12. WR Olamide Zaccheaus: Signed to a one-year deal, Zaccheaus had a limited impact in his first season with the Eagles, recording 10 receptions for 164 yards and 2 touchdowns in 17 games.

Defense:

1. LB Shaun Bradley: A key special teams player, Bradley missed the entire 2023 season due to a preseason Achilles injury, which coincided with his contract year.

2. DT Fletcher Cox: Despite turning 33, Cox continued to perform at a high level, recording 5 sacks, 33 tackles, and 17 QB hits in 15 games and providing leadership on the defensive line.

3. LB Zach Cunningham: Signed in August, Cunningham emerged as the Eagles’ top linebacker, registering 85 tackles, 4 pass breakups, and 2 tackles for loss in 13 games.

4. S Justin Evans: Signed to a low-risk contract, Evans won the starting safety job but suffered season-ending injuries after starting four of the first five games.

5. DE Brandon Graham: In his 14th season, Graham’s production declined, but he remained a valuable rotational player, recording 3 sacks, 6 QB hits, and 4 tackles for loss in 2023.

6. LB Shaquille Leonard: Acquired mid-season, Leonard’s performance was limited by injuries, recording 23 tackles and a sack in five games with the Eagles.

7. LB Nicholas Morrow: Initially a practice squad player, Morrow emerged as the starting MIKE linebacker, leading the team with 95 tackles and contributing 12 tackles for loss and 5 pass breakups.

8. CB Bradley Roby: Signed mid-season, Roby started two games at nickel cornerback and provided depth in the secondary.

Special Teams:

1. LS Rick Lovato: A consistent long snapper, Lovato has been a reliable member of the team since 2016.

2. P Braden Mann: Acquired mid-season, Mann had a successful stint as the team’s punter, posting career-high averages in yards per attempt and net average.
