Chandler Jones Pleads Not Guilty to Violating Protective Order Charges

Former Las Vegas Raiders standout Chandler Jones stood before the Clark County Justice Court on Monday morning, where he formally entered a plea of not guilty to two charges related to the violation of a protective order.

In a brief court appearance, Jones opted to forego the reading of his criminal complaint. Presiding Judge Noreen Demonte issued a directive for Jones to refrain from any contact with the individual mentioned as the victim in the case, as outlined in court documents. This directive is effective until March 4, as per court records.

Jones, a former Raiders player, has been entangled in legal issues previously, having been arrested on September 29, 2023, and again on October 17, 2023. The charges he faces stem from allegations of violating a domestic violence protection order, constituting two separate counts.

The legal saga surrounding Jones is set to continue, with another court hearing scheduled for March 4, where further proceedings regarding his case will take place.
