Jurgen Klopp, the head coach of Liverpool, does not think that their loss in the FA Cup quarterfinal will have a detrimental effect on their season.
The German was questioned about his emotions following Sunday’s 4-3 overtime loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Even though Klopp was unhappy with the outcome, he insisted that his team would bounce back and not let the bad feelings from the match get to them.
“Neither, nor—nothing to do with that,” he said. I get quite emotional when I watch football for a team that I like. So you don’t have to be in the dugout to have it either. I didn’t consider that; there are other issues. You and I can discuss.
