The report of Cordeiro’s signing was first made public by Aaron Wilson of KPRC Houston. Seahawks fans might remember that last year, the team signed Holton Ahlers as an undrafted free agent, who shifted between the active roster and the practice squad throughout the 2023 season.
Cordeiro’s college career saw him play three seasons at Hawaii before transferring to San Jose State, where he helped the team to consecutive bowl appearances and achieved back-to-back seasons with 20 or more touchdown passes.
