Michigan Wolverines head coach Sherrone Moore will be sidelined for the team’s first three games of the season, and now his offensive coordinator, will also miss some action. Moore, who is set to serve as the interim head coach for the third game against Bowling Green, will be suspended for the season opener due to his involvement in NCAA violations attributed to the program. Both Harbaugh and Moore have been sanctioned by the University of Michigan, permitting them to participate in coaching activities during the week and within football facilities, but prohibiting their presence on the sideline during game days.

Sherrone Moore, recognized as a rising star in the college football coaching realm, faces an unforeseen setback with this suspension. However, in the broader context of his career trajectory and Michigan’s season, it represents a minor obstacle. The Wolverines are poised to secure victories in their initial three matchups against ECU, UNLV, and Bowling Green, ensuring a 3-0 start before the coaching staff fully resumes its duties for the Big Ten conference opener against Rutgers in Ann Arbor on September 23rd.
